Effective November 5, 2026. These terms currently describe the free online tool and Make a Wish features.

Using our tools

AppSofts provides online tools and utilities for convenience. You are responsible for having the rights to process or convert any files you upload or use. Do not use the service for unlawful activities, security abuse, spam or content that infringes the rights of others.

Accuracy and suitability

Outputs may be incomplete or incorrect, particularly when processing complex documents, formats, or metadata. Verify important results and maintain backups of original files. Tools are provided on an as-available basis, subject to applicable law, without a guarantee that every format or browser is supported.

Make a Wish

Submitting a tool suggestion does not guarantee that we will build, support or deliver it. AppSofts may independently develop similar features, combine suggestions or decline a request. Do not submit confidential information or materials you are not authorized to share. You retain your rights in your original submitted materials; by submitting a suggestion you permit AppSofts to assess and use the idea for product planning and development.

Subscriptions and charges

Paid subscriptions have not yet been activated through the AppSofts website. Before paid checkout begins, we will publish the applicable plan descriptions, billing cycles, cancellation process and refund terms. No paid service is promised simply by visiting this website.

Availability and changes

We may improve, modify or discontinue tools for technical, operational, or safety reasons. We may update these terms and will publish revisions on this page. Your use of AppSofts is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
